These happen bi-weekly, where I'll coach you in more depth using behaviour change principles so you not only change your habits but you unlearn what is holding you back.
We'll work together to design a life built based on your values so that you get excited to get out of bed every day and keep reinvesting your energy into yourself.
You receive a full training programme, in our very own app, that is designed to suit what you have available (gym/home), your goals and what you think will be an appropriate challenge for you. With access to our "how to" videos, you'll feel confident training anytime anywhere, with the option to send your form videos through for form coaching.
I write programmes in blocks of 6 weeks, so you grow strong and familiar with what you're doing before I progress you so you never get bored or become stagnant with your physical progress.
You get a comprehensive form sent to you every week for you to fill in, so we can review your week and make adjustments as you go! If you're not making progress - we come up with solutions to make sure you do.
You fill these out every week on a Friday
I'll set you specific targets based on your unique goals to meet. This typically is in the form of a calorie and macronutrient/fruit and veg targets.
You'll have recipe packs delivered for food inspiration. You'll also have access to all of our online trainings that teach you the fundamentals on everything from planning your meals to eating out on the go - so you can be flexible with your nutrition and maintain a social lifestyle.
You're not just given a plan and left to your own devices, you have full access to me in whatsapp to motivate, bounce ideas off and more importantly challenge your thinking.
