We meet quarterly to connect, challenge and celebrate one another.
And once a year, we take on Snowdon - not for the view, but the reminder: We're capable of more than we think.

The timing doesn't work for me can I do another time?
We launch spaces ready to start at the beginning of every month, if you have missed the most recent intake get in touch and we can make sure we're ready ahead of time.
I'm a trans woman/non-binary is this space appropriate for me?
The Women's Empowerment Movement is a place for all women who identify as such, we do not police this and if you feel that we're your vibe then we very much are.
How much time will I need to commit to the She Doesn't Quit programme?
The programme will be designed individually to your lifestyle, together we'll work on what can be done in the time you have available. Beyond the initial onboarding call, you'll need to set aside 30mins every 2 weeks for our 1:1 coaching calls, this will become less as you get further into the programme (where appropriate).
Eventually to meet exercise guidelines you want to be exercising 3 times per week for a min. of 30mins but this can be worked up to if this feels out of reach.
What makes Women's Empowerment Movement unique?
We're here to change the fitness industry from the ground up, by joining one of our programmes you become part of the movement and enter our community of supportive, strong women who are there to empathise as well as empower you. We host regular meet ups throughout the year ranging from physical challenges to socials - so you are part of a community and don't do it all alone!
What is the minimum commitment time for coaching?
Changing your life and your habits is a long game, to be able to achieve and see physical results, we have a 90 day commitment period. We then operate on a monthly rolling contract beyond this point.
Behaviour change operates on a 4-part process, if you continue to stay beyond the 90 days you'll go through the other 3 parts to ensure you make the permanent shift mentally as well as physically.
Do I need a gym membership?
A gym is not an essential requirement to see physical results! I have coached people through lockdown with nothing but their own bodyweight. If you're not so confident in the gym but want to be, we'll work towards this bit by bit - if that's something you want to achieve!
Can I do my own workouts?
Yes! Many clients come to us and want to just access the mindset and nutrition but they already have a Personal Trainer/Crossfit/have a sport's coach.
I'm Emily, I've helped over 100+ women to change their lifestyle for good, get strong and back to feeling their best.
I'm a BRCA2 previvor, footballer, later in life strength trainer and have been coaching resistance training for 6 years.
I have a BSc degree in Sport's Coaching Sciences, a Built to Coach Behaviour Change Accreditation and I'm currently undergoing my Pre and Post-Natal Qualification with Girls' Gone Strong.
I have been invited to speak at corporate events including Women in Tech, Just Eat, Signable.
